Dom "THE PB" Harrison overhead medley
We did a mock comp today for a bit of motivation and fun. Dom is new to strongman but he is hitting PBs week after week on various exercises and is set to keep going!
Here he is on our second time around at the overhead medley. He is using an 80kg log and a 60kg olympic bar with fat gripz (to imitate an axle). 2 points per rep with log, 1 point per rep on bar, 60second time limit.
