A 1 hour home work out designed to hit you hard for the rest of the day. The workout is none stop and consists of: 50 Jumping jacks 50 press ups 50 para jumps 50 crunches 50 box steps 50 squat thrusts 50 alternate leg squat thrusts 15 leg raises 50 press ups 50 para jumps 50 box steps Do this circuit 6 times in under one hour and you should be buzzing for the rest of the day.
