Description

Mark Bell demonstrates proper use of Rogue's American-Made barbells, our bumpers, and the Westside Bench. This is the first step in the bench press progression, a basic movement. Other variations include: banded bench, chained bench, reverse bench, and numerous others with Rogue's specialty bars.
