This full length total body workout focuses on combining dynamic breath with a series of strong, flowing and static movements. Video was created for my clients who are always traveling and/or preferred a non-gym, at-home workout experience. Entire video was self-produced with no budget. Project duration was approximately 3 months, clocking over 120 hours to produce!
